Shipping & Returns
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.) Orders placed after Friday at 12:00 PM PST will be shipped the following business week. Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We kindly ask that you anticipate 1-2 days of processing your order and 2-7 business days for standard shipping once processed.
Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6+ business days with Standard Shipping. Please select the shipping option best suits your delivery needs during "Checkout."
*Free standard shipping within the contiguous US is available for orders $25+ after discounts and before tax. HI/AK standard shipping cost depends on its weight.
Upon checkout, an email will be sent to you with a copy of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an additional email confirming your order's shipment. The shipping tracking information will be included in that email so that you may check the status of your order at your convenience. Should you have any questions about your order status, please email us.
Wrong Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to enter the shipping address correctly. If the package gets lost due to the wrong shipping address, we regret that we do not offer a refund but are grateful to send you a replacement with an extra shipping cost paid by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
In the unlikely event that a package is marked as delivered but is lost as stolen, we will work with you and the carrier to investigate the issue and provide any available options for solution. Please note that once a package is marked as delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the customer to ensure its safe receipt. We strongly recommend that customers take precautions to ensure the safe delivery of their packages, such as requesting signature confirmation or providing a secure delivery location. We regret to inform you that we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as delivered. However, we are committed to working with you to resolve any issues that may arise.
Report Other Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or has other concerns, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number in the subject title and attach any photos you may have of the issue.
We offer to ship to Canada. Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges may be imposed by your country's customs authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.
We will always do our best to accommodate your concerns as efficiently as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. This includes the cost of shipping the item to you if you had paid for shipping. This is basically the only requirement.
To return your product, please email us. We will provide you with a shipping label to return your item.
Once your request for a refund has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days.
If you buy Round Lab products from authorized or unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we regret that we cannot offer you an exchange or refund. Please email the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from.
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not provide return labels for international orders.
If you need to cancel an order you have already placed, please email us and include your order number in the email. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times. Hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we can do so. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it.
We don’t have a straight exchange process, just a return and reorder, except for damaged products.
